This study aims to find out: 1) To find out the impact of Gadgets for employees 2) To find out the benefits and effects of Gadgets for employees 3) To find out the quality and motivational value of Gadgets for employees.
The research method used is a quantitative method with 119 samples from 178 employees with meode random sampling. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature. While the method of data analysis the author uses the Qualitative Analysis method with a Likert scale.
The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) positive influence Gadgets for employee performance are influencing in terms of communication and information, with that employees can facilitate communication with agencies or institutions related to the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Yogyaka Special Region 2) Influence the negative use of the gadget is that employees will experience addiction in the use of gadgets, can change their mindset and behavior at work and can interfere in the process of improving employee performance. 3) the effect of the gadget has a final score of 49%, which means the respondent or employee in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of DIY Simply Agree with the influence of the Gadget on employee performance.
