One such of the community service organization is hospital. Largest private hospital in Yogyakarta is Panti Rapih Hospital that has long operated till now, so that researcher interested in taking the subject of the influence of leadership style, organization culture, work motivation, and job satisfaction to permanent employee performance unit of administration Panti Rapih Hospital. The aims of this research are: 1) to test and to analysis the influence simultaneously and partially of leadership style, organization culture, job motivation and job satisfaction to permanent employee performance unit of administration Panti Rapih Hospital. 2) to test and analysis dominan variabel influence to the permanent employee performance unit of administration Panti Rapih Hospital, Yogyakarta. This reseach used purposive sampling model to taking sample, and multiple linear regression to test and hypotheses analysis. Result of research found that: 1) significant influence simultaneously of leadership style, organization culture, job motivation and job satisfaction to permanent employee performance unit of administration Panti Rapih Hospital, Yogyakarta. F-computation value is 32,404 ≥ Ftable =2,422, P = 0,000. But partially have no significant influence of leadership style to permanent employee performance Panti Rapih Hospital, Yogyakarta. t-computation value is 1, 122, P = 0, 265 ≥ 0, 05. The other variables as organization culture, job motivation, and job satisfaction significant to the permanent employee performance. 2) work motivation variable is dominan influence to the permanent employee performance Hospital Panti Rapih Yogyakarta.
