When
work safety is not carried out properly, unwanted incidents will occur. If that
happens, the achievement of work targets will be delayed because it can reduce
the results of employee performance which was originally maximum to a minimum
due to a lack of employee awareness in an effort to protect themselves. The author conducted a study to determine the
relationship of compliance, work safety, and employee performance in the
General Affairs and Purchasing section of PT Indonesia Synthetic Textile Mills
Tangerang. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis writing. From
data processing it was found that the relationship between Employee Compliance
(X1) and Employee Performance (Y1), the authors concluded that the X1 and Y1
variables had a moderate relationship. Meanwhile, the relationship between
Safety Efforts (X2) and Employee Performance (Y1) shows a number of 0.880. That
is, between the variables X2 and Y1 have a strong relationship.
