This study aims to find out: 1) To determine whether there is an influence of motivational factors "physiological needs (X1)" on employee performance (Y) Center for Job Training and DIY Productivity Development. 2) To find out whether there is an influence of motivational factors "security and comfort needs (X2)" on employee performance (Y) in the Center for Training and DIY Productivity Development 3) To determine whether there is an influence of "social needs (X3)" motivational factors on employee performance (Y) at the DIY Training and Productivity Development Center. 4) To find out whether there is an influence of motivational factors "the need to get an award (X4)" on employee performance (Y) at the DIY Training and Productivity Development Center. 5) To find out whether there is an influence of motivational factors "the need to actualize themselves (X5)" on employee performance (Y) at the DIY Training and Productivity Development Center. 6) To find out whether there is an influence of motivational factors "physiological needs (X1), security and comfort needs (X2), social needs (X3), the need to get awards (X4) and the need to actualize themselves (X5)"
The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 60 employees from a population of 60 employees. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. While the method of data analysis the author uses the method of testing the characteristics of respondents, Test Validity and reliability, normality test, Analysis of the Coefficient of Determinants (R2), Partial Test (t test), Simultaneous test (F test), and Ui Multiple Regression.
The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is no effect of physiological factors (X1) on employee performance (Y) in DIY Training and Productivity Development Center (BLKPP), because based on the T test calculation, t count is 0.272 ≤ t table of 2.00575 . 2) there is the effect of a safe and comfortable feeling factor (X2) on employee performance (Y) at the Center for Training and Productivity Development (BLKPP) D.I.Y is accepted, because based on the calculation of the T test, obtained t count of 2,002 ≥ t table of 2,00575. 3) there is the influence of social factors (X3) 3) there is the influence of social factors (X3) on employee performance (Y) in the DIY Training and Productivity Development Center (BLKPP) rejected, because based on the calculation of the T test, t count is 0.702 ≤ t table of 2,00575. 4) there is the influence of factors getting an award (X4) on employee performance (Y) at the Center for Training and Productivity Development (BLKPP) D.I.Y can be accepted, because based on the calculation of the T test, obtained t count of 2.927 ≥ t table of 2.00575.
