Abstrak
The purpose of this study is to find out the satisfaction patients BPJS Participants level of service quality. This study involved 45 patients respondents. The test results of R Square (coefficient of determination) in this study amounted to 0.26 or 26% (R Square X 100%). This means that the effect of service quality variables on satisfaction patients is 26%, while the remaining 74% (100%-26%) should be explained by other causative factors derived from outside this regression method.
