This study aims to find out: 1) To determine the effect of education level (X¬1) on employee performance (Y) in the People's Welfare Administration and Community Secretariat DIY 2) To determine the effect of giving incentives (X2) on employee performance (Y) in Setda DIY Community Welfare and Community Administration Bureau 3) To determine the effect of education level (X1) and giving incentives (X2) simultaneously to the performance of employees (Y) employees in the People's Welfare Administration Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of DIY
The research method used is a quantitative method with 36 samples from 40 employees with random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, documentation, literature studies and questionnaires from primary data and secondary data. While the method of data analysis the author uses the method of testing the characteristics of respondents, test validity and reliability, normality test, Analysis of the Coefficient of Determinants (R2), Partial Test (t test), Simultaneous test (F test), and Multiple Regression Test.
The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is no influence between education level variables (X1) and the provision of incentives (X2) jointly on employee performance variables (Y) employees in the Secretariat of the People's Welfare and Community Administration Bureau of DIY based on the results of F test calculations , obtained F count> F table that is 1,204 <3,286. 2) There is an influence between education level variables (X1) partially on employee performance variables (Y) employees at the Public Welfare and Community Administration Administration Bureau of DIY based on the results of T test calculations, obtained T count <T table namely 4.302> 1.6939 3) None the influence of the incentive variable (X2) partially on employee performance variable (Y) employees in the Public Welfare and Community Administration Administration Bureau of DIY based on the results of the T test calculation, obtained T count <T table namely 1.206 <1.6939 and 4) Regression equation obtained is Y = 9.121 + 0.508 X1 + 0.114 X2 + e
