This study is purposed to analyze the nurse performance of RSUD Saras Husada Purworejo Central Java.This study used Employee Rotation, Insentive, Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate as dependent variable in order to analyze the influence to nurse performance as independent variable.
The population of this study is nurse in RSUD Saras Husada Purworejothat work in ward, Civil Government Employee as well as the Contract Employee with work period whether less than a year or more than ten years. The population numbers in this study are 253 nurses with the sample that take are 136 nurses. The collected data used questioners method by giving statement list directly to the respondents. The analysis data technique in this study use Double Linear Regression analysis which is operate by SPSS 17.0 program.
The results of this study show that employee rotation job satisfaction give the significant influence to the nurse performance with signification 0.001 (under 0.005). Insentive and Organizational climate variable also give a significant influence to the nurse performance with signification 0.005 for insentive and 0.000 for Organizational climate. In the other side, organizational culture are not influence to the nurse performance because have signification 0.347 that bigger than 0.005. The organizational climate is a variable that most dominant influence to the nurse performance because have the biggest Beta score (0.609).
