There is a difference between education, skills, and responsibilities between employees who have a higher education and who have worked for a long time with employees who have just worked at the Sumbawa Besar Regional General Hospital, NTB. This study aims to analyze the effect of job specifications (education, skills, and work experience) on the work performance of non-medical employees at the Sumbawa Besar Regional General Hospital, NTB. This research method is quantitative analysis using design cross sectional, data analysis using Chi-Square. The population in this study were non-medical employees at the Sumbawa Besar Regional General Hospital, NTB. The data collection technique was using SPSS 15. The sample in this study was taken using an accidental sampling technique as many as 60 people. The results showed a significant influence between education, skills, and work experience on the work performance of non-medical employees at the Sumbawa Besar Regional General Hospital, NTB. With the Pearson chi-square test value in education: value X² count 32.229 >value X²table 5.591, skill:score X² 39.338 >value X²table 5.591, work experience:value X² count 32.183 >value X²table 5.591.
