This study aims to find out: 1) To find out whether there is an influence of motivational factors "physiological needs (X1)", motivation "need for security and comfort (X2)", motivation "social needs (X3)", motivation "needs to get awards ( X4), motivation "needs to self-actualize (X5) separately on employee performance (Y) Center for Job Training and DIY Productivity Development. 2) To find out whether there is an influence of motivational factors "physiological needs (X1)", motivation "need for security and comfort (X2)", motivation "social needs (X3)", motivation "needs to get awards (X4), motivation" needs self-actualize (X5) together separately on employee performance (Y) Center for Job Training and DIY Productivity Development 3) To find out which motivational factors are more dominant influence on employee performance at the DIY Training and Productivity Development Center. 4) To find out the contribution of physiological needs variable (X1), safety and comfort needs factor (X2), social needs factor (X3), get reward factor (X4) and self actualize factor (X5) on employee performance (Y).

The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 60 of 70 employees using random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, documentation, literature studies and questionnaires from primary data and secondary data. While the method of data analysis the author uses the method of testing the characteristics of respondents, test validity and reliability, normality test, Analysis of the Coefficient of Determinants (R2), Partial Test (t test), Simultaneous test (F test), and Multiple Regression Test.

The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is an influence of the influence of motivational factors "physiological needs (X1)", motivation "need for security and comfort (X2)", motivation "social needs (X3)", motivation "needs to get awards (X4 ), motivation "needs to actualize themselves (X5) together separately on employee performance (Y) based on the results of the calculation of the F test, obtained F count> F table which is 7.417> 2.4495. 2) the award-getting factor is more dominant than the other variables where the value is 0.919 ≥ 0.072, 0.618, 0.241 and 0.221 and with the smallest significant value of 0.005, so the factor variable getting the award (X4) is the dominant variable (X1), the factor of security and comfort needs (X2), social needs factors (X3), factors get rewards (X4) and self-actualizing factors (X5) on employee performance (Y) of 35.2%, while other variables outside This writing has the ability to contribute or contribute to employee performance variables (Y) of 64.8%, and 4) Regression equations obtained are Y = 19,374 + 0.072X1 + 0.618X2 + 0.241X3 + 0.919X4 + 0.221X5.
