Academic Department as part of which directly relate to the students becomes takes an important role in giving maximal service to student safisfaction. The service given do not only relate to tangible things but also the untangible ones. Quality Service consist of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty and physical evidence (tangible).
The target of this research is to know the influence of academic quality service consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty and physical evidence (tangible) to student satisfaction of AMA YPK Yogyakarta, both individually (each variable) and simultaneously (together).
The amount of sample in this research is 78 active students of AMA YPK Yogyakarta. The Amount taken is based on the amount of existing population, meaning that the more population is available, the more sample is taken.
The result of research obtained is that there are 3 independent variables are considered good and significant namely reliability, empathy and physical evidence (tangible). While 2 other independent variables namely and responsibility of assurance are stated expressed not significant. The influence of the three independent variables namely reliability, empathy and physical evidence (tangible) are considered individually and also simultaneously significant to student satisfaction. This result can be seen from result of t test of and also F test that the t and F test observed are more compared to the t and F test tables. These three variables give contribution to the student satisfaction of 80.1%, The rest are explained by other variables which are not included in the model of this research.
