This study aims to examine the influence of Work stress, emotional intelligence and motivation and  variables affect on operator Epsbed Private colleges Coordinator Region V of Yogyakarta (Kopertis V) Yogyakarta. Population in this research is operator of Epsbed Kopertis Wilayah V Yogyakarta. The number of questionnaires that can be processed in this study amounted to 30 questionnaires. Sampling technique used is a probability sampling technique in which every element of the population does not have the same opportunity to be a sample. Based on testing using multiple regression of Work stress, emotional intelligence and motivation have a significant effect on operator Epsbed Private colleges Coordinator Region V of Yogyakarta (Kopertis V) Yogyakarta. Partially jobs stress, emosional intelegent, motivation affect interest.
