This study discusses the leadership style, work motivation and work environment to employees performance. The populations in this study were all teacher in Yayasan Nurul islam Yogyakartanon totaling 63 people. Data were collected by survey method is to provide a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondent. Data analysis techniques in this study using analysis of Multiple Linear analisys, T test, F test n R test. program operated through SPSS 20. The results showed that leadership style significant positive effect on employees satisfaction, work motivation significant positive effect on employees satisfaction, work environment significantly positive to employees performance.
