To human resource development which were elements of the most important in company, services district general hospital sleman always implementing the program for its training so far from training in house and out house to reach hospital training the efficient.But so far there is no research in the district general hospital sleman that measures what is the relationship between training followed by an increase in employees work performance so far.

This research aims to review the relationship training human resources has been done with an increase in non medical staff work performance in the district general hospital sleman.In addition to know the response non medical staff about the training that as long as is often implemented and keefektifannya in efforts to improve the quality of human resources in the district general hospital sleman.

This research including research analytic quantitative non experimental with the approach cross sectional .The research was done with using a technique sampling saturated that is appointed a member of the population in the sample by the number of 67 people so far employees who have followed training .Data collection using a questionnaire as instrument and analysis of data employing correlation pearson product moment
